Help & Support
Quick answers for Stakk Smash, and a direct line to us when you need one.
App status ● Works offline
Stakk Smash runs entirely on your iPhone. There are no servers or accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to and no outage that can stop a match.
Requires iPhone with iOS 16 or later.

The basics, explained the way the in-app tour does.
Your first court
- Tap a shot tile, such as Clear or Smash.
- Tap a white cell on the rival's half. Blue cells are the ones he can reach.
- Tap Hit. A shot he can't reach is a winner and breaks the target.
Use Undo to take a stroke back and tap the rival to see where he moves.
Stars, hints and halls
Each level has a par. Clear it close to par for up to three stars. A hint shows the next good move once every 30 seconds; using one caps that level at two stars.
Earn 30 stars in a hall to open the next: School Gym, Club Court, Stadium, Night Final.
Daily court and Rally
The Daily court is one new puzzle each day; solve it to keep your streak. Rally is endless: one target at a time with five strokes each, shields after a streak of 10 and wind after 20.
Locker and achievements
Rackets and shuttles unlock with stars. Tap an open card to equip it; tap a locked one to see how many stars you still need and which level to play.
Achievements live in the Progress tab, and each one can be shared once you earn it.
Quick fixes
Try these before writing to us.
No sound or music
Check that Sound and Music are on in Settings or the pause menu, that the silent switch is off and that the volume is up. Music pauses on its own when the app goes to the background.
Change the language
Open Settings → Language and pick English or हिन्दी. The whole interface switches right away, no restart needed.
Daily reminder doesn't arrive
Turn on Daily reminder in the app's Settings and allow notifications for Stakk Smash in iOS Settings → Notifications. Focus modes can also hold reminders back.
Start over or replay the tour
Settings → Reset progress clears stars, halls and records; you can still tap Undo in the toast right after. The tutorial can be replayed from Settings at any time.
Share card won't save
Saving a card to Photos needs permission to add photos. Allow it in iOS Settings → Stakk Smash → Photos → Add Photos Only.
Moving to a new iPhone
Progress is stored on the device. It moves with an iCloud or computer backup restored to the new iPhone; deleting the app removes it.
